Description
Plan, manage, and implement initiatives in accordance with stated objectives and transition into ongoing operations. May manage projects involving multiple departments. This includes project planning, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for project(s). Responsible for knowledge of larger scope of project without neglecting details while tracking project health, staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. Frequent independent judgments are essential. Provide support to the Division Operations Manager. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain frequent coordination and communication with the director of Operations
- Assist in processing Maintenance/Operations and project related invoices
- Complete Tracker follow-up as needed
- Organize and participate in department and related project meetings
- Create, maintain and distribute related reports and updates to the appropriate areas and systems where the information should be maintained and communicated.
- Receive, prepare, and track documents
- Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverables, support and direct team
- Manage budgets, monitor and report on project progress, present to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions, evaluate and assess results of project
- Coordinate and manage project team
- Define required resources (with department head)
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Plan and implement projects
- Assist in deploying and supporting departmental policies and procedures while identifying, implementing and supporting new processes
- Coordinate, participate and facilitate meetings with cross functional teams
- Coordinate, participate and facilitate store closure and store opening process
- Manage and participate in projects; develop, coordinate and communicate project plans and timelines to stakeholders
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Minimum
- High School Diploma or GED
- Any assistant analyst experience
- Any store sales professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of the enterprise system for processing invoices
- Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year of experience as an assistant store manager or higher
