    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing, new product &amp; continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site.</p><p>KEY JOB AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes (SOS, SCS, PFME)<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible Setup compliance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible to making time and give suport in PPH compliance.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible to support the training and operator’s certification in the identified critical process.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead line efficiency and improvement efforts (projects, pph, throughput, etc.).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsible for measure and updating layout changes in Auto CAD</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor's degree on Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;+3 year minimum experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Project Management.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with Plant wide project, example: Layout change, new machinery &amp; Equipment implementation, new machinery &amp; Equipment upgrade<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;English 80%<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, PPAP)<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;IAFT 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, QCI-15, QCI-9 (preferred)&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge in the use of equipment’s and tools of the related areas (i.e. welding, machining, balancing, assembly).<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to develop implement and follow up plant projects.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Capable of follow up activities according to the plant procedures.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drawing and specification understanding (PI, QCI).<br>&nbsp;</p>",
