This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are: Ready to run Hungry and driven by urgency Exceptional at what they do, with low ego Comfortable operating in motion The Role As a Growth Marketing Channel Manager at OnePay, you will drive customer acquisition by owning paid social channels and scaling efficient growth across TikTok and Meta. Own day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to drive efficient acquisition across CPA, ROAS, and conversion goals Run high-volume creative testing in partnership with Social and Creative teams, rapidly iterating and scaling top-performing ads Analyze campaign performance and take decisive action by scaling winners and optimizing or pausing underperforming campaigns Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Growth teams to improve tracking, attribution, and full-funnel performance Build AI native strategies for testing and execution You Bring 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in a B2C or fintech environment Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics Proven ability to run structured creative testing and translate insights into scalable growth strategies Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teams AI fluency in daily workflows Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor What We Offer Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1 401(k) plan with company match Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact Standard Interview Process Initial Interview with Talent Partner Technical or Hiring Manager Interview Team Interview Executive Interview Offer!
