Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando or Tampa</p><p><strong>Position</strong>: &nbsp;Civil Aviation Project Manager - Senior</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Implements the company&rsquo;s Project Management policies and procedures.</li><li>Develops scope of services and negotiates fees required for success.</li><li>Plans tasks required and leads a team to implement on-time/within budget.</li><li>Manages scope, identifying additional services and working with client to get additional fees.</li><li>Achieves high client grades by meeting/exceeding expectations.</li><li>Works with Project Accountant to invoice client accurately and on-time. Assists with collections when past due.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Engineering</strong></p><ul><li>Serves as Engineer of Record where needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops a sound engineering solution that safely satisfies the scope and needs of the client.</li><li>Implements the Quality Control Plan to deliver quality deliverables.</li><li>Develops production work plans, schedules and budgets.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with preparation of scopes and budgets for new task orders or amendments.</li><li>Leads aviation airside and/or landside design project teams</li><li>Ensure proper codes, regulations and standards are being used by engineers on projects.</li><li>Provides the design staff with guidance and assistance on projects.</li><li>Knowledge of airport airside, landside and/or infrastructure projects, FAA and TSA regulations, and AIP funding requirements, is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circular&rsquo;s and Engineering Briefs</li><li>Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Business Development (BD)</strong></p><ul><li>Maintains positive relationships with current and past clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Seeks BD opportunities through active marketing with clients.</li><li>Participates in industry organizations and contributes to social media and internal intranet posts to further EAC&rsquo;s brand.</li><li>Leads or contributes to BD pursuits. Develops Go/NoGo and Win Plans with winning concepts and strategies. Contributes technical write-ups.
