      "content": "\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.</li>\n<li>Prior landscaping, facility groundskeeper experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Regular, reliable attendance is required.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to work alone or with a team.</li>\n<li>Clear Motor Vehicle History is required.</li>\n<li>Experience operating hand tools and power tools is required.</li>\n<li>Experience operating landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, tractors is required.</li>\n<li>Experience operating a forklift is preferred.</li>\n"
