    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.23.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.23.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>We are seeking Tool and Die Makers to join our team!&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Summary of duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Must be able to perform maintenance on a wide variety of progressive bracket and deep draw dies, and to troubleshoot tools in the press to meet quality and production requirements</p><p><strong>Position includes but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Interpret blueprints and use necessary tools and measuring equipment to fabricate, repair, sharpen, or modify new or existing tooling.</li><li>Safely and proficiently operate all toolroom equipment, including surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, and drill press.</li><li>Work to close tolerance detail drawings and to collaborate with CNC and WEDM departments to produce needed die components and tooling within the quoted times.</li><li>Work with other associates and shifts to keep dies and tools ready to meet production and quality needs.</li><li>Submit requisitions for supplies as needed and to maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.</li><li>Capable of troubleshooting dimensional issues and adjusting for optimal run conditions in press to support production schedule.</li><li>Capable of being trained in areas outside of your expertise. I.e., truck bed production line PM, adjustments and repairs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>General Work Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of quality inspection gauges and CMM data is required.</li><li>Working knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing technology is required.</li><li>Must have strong communication, analytical and reasoning abilities.</li><li>Must have shift and overtime flexibility including some weekends</li><li>Journeyman Tool and Die Maker/Repair preferred.</li><li>Must be able to work safely and move at a moderate to fast pace across specified terrain for extended periods of time.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on a routine, daily basis.</li><li>Manipulate medium to large objects, materials or tools on a routine basis.</li><li>Use arms/legs continually and repeatedly over an extended period of time.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
