    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">We are seeking a Microsoft Software Development Engineer (SDE) with strong Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O) experience and complementary exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI.</p><p>This role focuses on building and supporting high quality, scalable enterprise solutions across core ERP, data, and analytics platforms.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines hands on X++ and F&amp;O development expertise with a solid understanding of data movement, analytics enablement, and reporting consumption, partnering closely with functional, data, and BI teams.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Dynamics 365 F&amp;O Development</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions and integrations in Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations following Microsoft and enterprise best practices&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop X++ solutions including business logic extensions, workflows, batch jobs, services, and data entities</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support ERP integration, data conversions, and system enhancements using supported extension patterns</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities</p><p>Azure Synapse &amp; Data Platform Support</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Contribute to Azure Synapse Analytics workloads that enable reporting and analytics downstream from D365 F&amp;O</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Support data pipelines that move and transform ERP data into Azure Data Lake and Synapse SQL Pools</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Exposure to business events/azure service bus queues, and REST/SOAP/OData/Graph experience.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience building out data integration via middleware or IPaaS &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Collaboration &amp;
