This role is ideal for someone with a passion for tennis, a love for teaching, and a commitment to promoting athletic growth.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, organize, and teach tennis lessons according to the level of the participants</li><li>Tailor lessons to meet the needs of individuals or groups</li><li>Provide instruction in basic tennis techniques (e.g., hand-eye coordination, striking, agility, basic rules)</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child development in the primary years</li><li>Collaborate with other Tennis Specialists and the Traditional Program Director to create consistency in the program</li><li>Ensure the safety of all campers by maintaining a vigilant presence in and around the gymnasium</li><li>Participate in the life of the camp and be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Summer Camp Director</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness</li><li>Communicate with colleagues about camper issues and needs</li></ul>",
