          "text": "<p>The Pricing Analyst for our Metal Solutions businesses will serve as the lead on the execution of pricing activities for our Buildings, Components Residential Metal Roofing, and Retail Direct businesses. This role reports&#xa0;to Director of Strategic Pricing. The successful candidate must be analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. This role will work in close collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations to drive execution of key pricing activities to deliver on our monthly, quarterly, annual and long-term targets.</p><p>Major Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Support system execution of pricing strategies for channels and products.</li><li>Lead in sales support on all pricing related inquiries throughout Shelter Solutions.</li><li>Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing.</li><li>Follow current and future pricing practices established by Pricing Manager/Director</li><li>Using applicable pricing data to help come up with recommendations to streamline everyday pricing execution across the business.</li><li>Partner with cross functional team to drive overall price consistency.</li><li>Support the successful execution of the price increase/decrease process internally and externally.</li><li>Continuous improving on price execution process.</li><li>Other activities and projects as assigned/required.</li></ul>",
