&nbsp;</li><li>Inputs prescription/refills and creates/updates patient profiles and third-party setups accurately. &nbsp;</li><li>Enters all data into computer for all medical/dental patients requesting assistance with medications. &nbsp;</li><li>Advocates for patient when barriers to receiving medication are encountered. &nbsp;</li><li>Informs patients when delays are encountered with filling their prescription. &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of programs offered by Sunrise Community Health.</li><li>Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing, and expediting orders, verifying receipt of order, putting order away accurately, and removing outdated drugs.</li><li>Organizes medications for pharmacist to dispense by reading medication orders and prescriptions, preparing labels, calculating quantities, assembling intravenous solutions and other pharmaceutical therapies.</li><li>Completes credit returns and manual return process for Colorado Medicaid DME. &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Follows up with pharmacy assistance programs approval or denial process.</li><li>Determines and explains eligibility status for financial programs associated with pharmacy programs. &nbsp;</li><li>Compiles monthly data of pharmaceutical programs. &nbsp;Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information. &nbsp;</li><li>Complies with all 340B Policies and Procedures when dispensing medications. &nbsp;</li><li>Monitor for text messages for the grab and go, complete the transaction and run the prescription out to the patient&rsquo;s car.</li><li>Administer vaccine and appropriately document.</li><li>Must complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years either online or by attending workshops.</li><li>Assist in the PAS department as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>1-2 years&rsquo;
