This is a full-time position which works alongside trained Montessori Teachers (as part of a teaching team) to deliver on our mission to develop a lifelong love of learning in our students.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Associate Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>● Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained, Montessori teachers and work amongst a team of teachers;</p>\n<p>● Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy;</p>\n<p>● Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed;</p>\n<p>● Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment;</p>\n<p>● Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health, and care of students.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Associate Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>● Minimum Required: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework; </p>\n<p>● At least 18 years of age</p>\n<p>● Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#CRNE</p>",
