    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Quality Agents, LLC provides validation and quality expertise to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Our Engineering/Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the client's Calibration program for in-house calibrations as well as managing external suppliers for calibration services. Serves as administrator for Preventative Maintenance program, ensuring goals are met within the compliance timeframe. Also serves as backup resource to primary Maintenance Technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Manages calibration program to ensure instruments and equipment are properly calibrated per the required schedule;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Maintains calibration database for tracking items in the calibration program and performs daily tasks utilizing calibration software in order to ensure compliance;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Manages external calibration vendors for outsourced calibration of more advanced items;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Responsible for improving the calibration program and procudures while implementing improved methodology and new procedures controlling the calibration process;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Identifies, sources and implements new equipment and technology for calibration program and facilities;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Identifies targets for in-house calibration in order to maintain cost control;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Works closely with other team members having responsibility for new equipment technology to ensure that instruments with advanced process controls and reporting are identified and sourced as needed;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Administers Preventative Maintenance program;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Compiles and presents monthly reports to demonstrate compliance for both Calibration and Preventative programs;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Performs routine preventative maintenance activities on specific types of equipment and provides unscheduled maintenance support as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Skill Level and Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Advanced degree (Masters or higher) in a technical discipline or advance training in metrology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">At least 2 years metrology experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Must demonstrate initiative and require minimal supervision</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Prior experience in a maintenance/calibration role preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Prior experience in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Quality Agents, LLC offers a full suite of benefits for full-time employees, including:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Health, dental and vision insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Life, AD&amp;D and disability Insurance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Health Savings Account (HSA) for participants in our health plan</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">401k retirement plan (after one year of service)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Paid vacation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Paid sick leave</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Paid holidays</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;\">Quality Agents accepts applications on an on-going basis in order to build a talent pool of potential candidates These applications remain open for consideration, as positions become available, for one (1) year from the date of application.
