This will include heavy equipment usage, production line operation, quality control procedures and finish product truck loadout.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·        Operate loader and forklift</p>\n<p>·        Perform quality control testing on samples</p>\n<p>·        Understand and operate truck loading systems</p>\n<p>·        Set-up and adjust equipment</p>\n<p>·        Monitor equipment and systems to ensure quality, efficiency and safety</p>\n<p>·        Perform basic maintenance of equipment</p>\n<p>·        Diagnose problems and determine solutions that are within skillset</p>\n<p>·        Learn, follow, and promote all safety regulations</p>\n<p>·        Perform other duties as assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·        Valid driver’s license required</p>\n<p>·        High School diploma or equivalent is preferred</p>\n<p>·        Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing/production or construction environment preferred</p>\n<p>·        Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance preferred</p>\n<h2>Work Environment & Conditions</h2>\n<p>·        This position requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime</p>\n<p>·        Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand/sit for extended periods of time</p>\n<p>·        Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction</p>\n<p>·        Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds</p>\n<p>·        Be subject to loud noises</p>\n<p>·        Be subject to atmospheric conditions - one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes, odor, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation</p>\n<p>·        This position requires working in the internal and external environment</p>\n<p>·        Ability to work independently and as a team </p>\n<p>·        Must be accurate, efficient, and organized</p>\n<p>·        Ability to work under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment</p>",
