We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Huron, SD location.<br><br>The CSR position provides critical customer contact and customer retention. Primary duties include answering the phone; interact and assist customers with placing orders; input orders into database; coordinate deliveries and shipments; maintain price lists for customers, generate &amp; distribute weekly; communicate with corporate pricing, formulation and address any customer needs along with any plant requirements; all other duties as assigned.<br><br>Qualified candidates will possess excellent customer service, phone and communication skills, along with good computer and basic math skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with two years&rsquo; experience in a customer service-related field.
