Capability to analyze and model end‑to‑end business processes and understand how technology enables or improves them. AS‑IS / TO‑BE process flows. Use of BPMN, UML, or similar modelling techniques Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership levels.
