    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>His/Her duties as QC Welding Inspector:<br>\n  -Perform fit up and welding visual inspection in line with project specs and code.<br>\n  - Perform manual DC measurements with tape, laser distance meter etc for structure, pressure vessel/piping.<br>\n  - Sent NOI and escort and perform joint inspection with client as and when required.<br>\n  - Ensure NDT and coverage are sufficiently done as per weld map and timely requested.<br>\n  - Ensure daily communication to client for NOI and update to superiors and conducted as required.<br>\n  - Ensure all prerequisite documents are in place at site and all joint matrix box data are properly filled at site.<br>\n  - Ensure QC document controller have proper material and welding traceability in place.<br>\n  - Coordinate with DC surveyor team and painting team and issuance of release note as necessary.<br>\n  - Willing to work nightshift, Perform any other QC related duties when required by organization or QC Manager.<br>\n  - Need to have approx. min 3 years relevant experience and certified welding inspector (min CSWIP 3.1, AWS CWI etc).<br>\n  - RI Certification (PCN or CSWIP) certification would be added advantage.<br>\n  -Technical Diploma or Degree will be preferable.<br>\n  -Willing to be stationed at subcon facility within Batam whenever requested by organization, supervisor or<br>\n  QC Manager.</p>\n<p>-Perform Boroscope Inspection , coordinate with borocospe team and generate boroscope reports timely<br>\n  on daily basis.</p>",
