    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems. From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities </span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI</span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Develop basic Power Apps applications in Canvas mode using Phone or Tablet layouts.</li>\n<li>Develop basic workflows using Power Automate.</li>\n<li>Develop single and basic reports and dashboards using Power BI.</li>\n<li>Manage connections to Office 365 products, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel files, and Azure SQL, for data interchange. <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teamwork and Communication </span><br>Work under Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. <br>Provide daily status and feedback on the work performed. <br>Assist in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of Power Platform applications. <br>Provide accurate explanations of any written code. <br>Communicate with internal and external personnel in English or Spanish to discuss requirements and specifications, provide status updates, and explain the work performed. <br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge  </span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Development Platforms, Software, and Frameworks </span><br>The employee must possess essential knowledge in the following software, platforms, and frameworks: <br>▪ Power Apps <br>▪ Power Automate <br>▪ Power Platforms (any new technology stack) <br>▪ Power BI Dashboards <br>▪ SharePoint Framework (SPFx)  <br>▪ Windows 10 / 11 / Server <br>▪ Azure <br>o Azure SQL <br>o Azure AD <br>▪ Office 365  <br>o Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook <br>o SharePoint <br>o OneDrive <br>▪ Internet Browsers (Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer) <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience  </span><br>Must have at least five (5) years of proven working experience developing, implementing, and configuring Power Platform, performing similar duties and responsibilities, and using the languages, technologies, and platforms described in this document.
