Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems. The developer should be comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions while adhering to best practices in governance, security, and maintainability.

Duties and Responsibilities
Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Develop basic Power Apps applications in Canvas mode using Phone or Tablet layouts.
Develop basic workflows using Power Automate.
Develop single and basic reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Manage connections to Office 365 products, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel files, and Azure SQL, for data interchange.
Teamwork and Communication
Work under Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Provide daily status and feedback on the work performed.
Assist in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of Power Platform applications.
Provide accurate explanations of any written code.
Communicate with internal and external personnel in English or Spanish to discuss requirements and specifications, provide status updates, and explain the work performed.
Knowledge
Development Platforms, Software, and Frameworks
The employee must possess essential knowledge in the following software, platforms, and frameworks:
▪ Power Apps
▪ Power Automate
▪ Power Platforms (any new technology stack)
▪ Power BI Dashboards
▪ SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
▪ Windows 10 / 11 / Server
▪ Azure
o Azure SQL
o Azure AD

o Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
o SharePoint
o OneDrive
▪ Internet Browsers (Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer)
Experience
Must have at least five (5) years of proven working experience developing, implementing, and configuring Power Platform, performing similar duties and responsibilities, and using the languages, technologies, and platforms described in this document. Also, the following experience is required to successfully execute the duties assigned to this job title:
▪ Work with multiple enterprise environments, industries, and companies.
▪ Work with multiple development teams.
▪ Troubleshooting code and software.
▪ Technical documentation generation.
▪ Work with tight deadlines and due dates.
▪ Work under minimum supervision.
Education
The employee must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a software engineering-related field or six (6) years of equivalent working experience developing Power Platform applications.
