Senior Security Specialist

Shape the future of enterprise security strategy within one of Canada’s leading insurance environments. The Role Capco is seeking a Senior Security Specialist to support a major financial services client in developing and evolving their Web Application Firewall (WAF) strategy and target operating model. This role is ideal for a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in network security, firewalls, and enterprise security architecture. You will work closely with client stakeholders across security, infrastructure, architecture, and operations teams to help define scalable security capabilities, strengthen governance models, and improve operational effectiveness across critical security domains. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. Canada Pay Transparency $153,000 — $197,000 CAD
