          "text": "<p>When you come to work at our Seniors Living villages, you are coming into a Resident’s home. Your feedback and input is used to improve our daily practices, and your energy goes a long way to putting smiles on our Residents’ faces. If you were working for us as an PSW, here are some of the things you would have done last week:</p><ul><li>Assisted your Residents with activities of daily living</li><li>Spending time and providing companionship to the Residents</li><li>Completing your Point-of-Care tasks specific to each Resident you are supporting</li><li>Helping keeping the Resident’s area clean and clutter free</li><li>Communicating a Resident update to your care team</li><li>Supporting Team Members in the home during a themed day</li><li>Help a Resident come down during mealtime and provide them any support needed through the meal</li><li>And supported your team as needed.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>When you apply, if you have your PSW credentials, we will try our best to reach out to you within the week (hopefully within a few days).
