This role reports to the Director of Product Management. The right individual will have aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and have the ability to do so on the job.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">The Product Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Invent, design, and document functional requirements for our SaaS based product offerings</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Review user usage analytical data and conduct customer outreach to prioritize the product roadmap</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Work with the development team directly to ensure understanding of requirements</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Work closely with UX team to ensure feature requirements are intuitive and pleasing to use</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Present features and value case to senior stakeholders</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Work closely with the sales team to educate and inform of new functionality</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Passion for problem-solving and inventing </span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Understanding of Product Lead Growth methodologies</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Strong communication skills both written and verbal</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Past experience in designing user experiences and platform capabilities for software products.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Strong technical background, ability to dive into the technical details is required.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Self-motivated and dedicated with proven creative/critical thinking capabilities.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Experience in converting business and technology requirements into the requirement for engineering development teams for enterprise scale projects</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Knowledge of agile methodologies, in particular SCRUM, is preferred</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, culturally diverse environment</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Ability to communicate with customers and translate their requirements to the technical teams</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Ability to envision solutions that combine hardware and software</span></li>\r\n</ul>",
