This engineer must be able to provide expertise and leadership to identify and provide reliable solutions for traffic safety and efficiency applications. The right candidate will leverage their knowledge of available technologies and experience to best meet the customer&rsquo;s needs throughout the evaluation and installation process. This position reports to the Director of Service and Software Solutions.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Preparing estimates by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents, consulting with</li><li>sales and purchasing to determine those components required to meet a client&rsquo;s specification.</li><li>Lead&nbsp;customer presentations and meetings to help drive sales through communicating technical information, features and benefits of TAPCO systems.</li><li>Assist sales with customer presentations and meetings to help drive sales through communicating technical information, features and benefits of TAPCO systems.</li><li>Travel to project locations to perform site surveys or work with field service to perform as necessary.</li><li>Works with external contractors and subcontractors to define installation parameters and develop scope of work documentation.
