LiRo-Hill is a 1,100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston, and Edison, NJ. This role represents a unique opportunity to help shape and grow LiRo-Hill’s presence in New England , with a focus on public sector infrastructure and municipal clients , while collaborating with a deep, multidisciplinary bench across the region. We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven civil/structural engineer with a background in transportation, bridge, and/or municipal infrastructure projects to lead our New England growth initiatives from our Newton office. This is a seller-doer leadership role focused on: Building and maintaining client relationships with agencies such as MassDOT, MBTA, and local municipalities Supporting and growing infrastructure-related opportunities Serving as a local presence and client-facing leader, while leveraging LiRo-Hill’s broader technical resources The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong local connections, and the ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, multi-office delivery environment.
