The Survey Associate will join a growing Survey Team. The Survey Associate will be responsible for managing various projects, client management, quality control and compliance. He/she will also be required to generate reports and develop insights for clients. LYNK survey team covers end-to-end survey cycle from coding to analysis.<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> This position requires an analytic mindset, excellent communication and oratory skills, ability to take ownership and responsibility, keen to learn, think out of the box and excellent client management skills and observation skills. </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Test survey links for logic flow, any errors in programming, language etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Review survey responses to ensure they meet our bar for quality and compliance standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Formulate reports to analyze and easily review the survey insights</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Think out of the box to find survey respondents in a limited time frame</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
