It's an established firm at a growth inflection point — and we need the right person to help us reach the clients who need us most.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position summary</span></p>\n<p>Ayoroa Simmons is seeking a Senior BIM/VDC Project Manager to lead model-based coordination and digital delivery across complex AEC projects while supporting client relationships, strategic pursuits, and firm growth. The ideal candidate is a technically credible, client-facing leader who can manage BIM/VDC execution, advise project teams, and represent the firm in pursuits.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BIM/VDC project leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align BIM/VDC scope, schedule, budget, and staffing with overall project goals.</li>\n<li>Lead BIM/VDC execution from pursuit and preconstruction through construction and closeout, including BIM Execution Plans, model coordination strategies, and deliverable schedules.</li>\n<li>Serve as primary BIM/VDC point of contact for owners, design teams, contractors, trade partners, and internal staff.</li>\n<li>Establish QA/QC protocols for models, documentation, and coordination milestones; identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.</li>\n<li>Support and guide Project Leads in running multidisciplinary coordination meetings, clash detection workflows, constructability reviews, and issue resolution; stay actively engaged while empowering Project Leads to own day-to-day meeting leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client relationships &amp; pursuits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, design partners, and industry stakeholders; identify opportunities for new work, expanded services, and follow-on assignments.</li>\n<li>Support go/no-go decisions, capture planning, proposal development, and win strategy for BIM/VDC-related opportunities.</li>\n<li>Participate in client meetings, shortlist presentations, and pursuit strategy sessions; contribute technical content and value propositions.</li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor by translating client goals into BIM/VDC scopes, work plans, and deliverables.</li>\n<li>Manage assigned consultants and trade partners, including coordination of their scope, project invoicing, and billing.</li>\n<li>Represent Ayoroa Simmons at industry events and conferences; partner with principals and marketing to align VDC capabilities with firm growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology, standards &amp; process improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards, templates, workflows, and best practices across projects and offices.</li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate and select BIM/VDC software — including Autodesk, Bluebeam, and comparable platforms — to advance the firm's pursuit of leading industry workflows and production.</li>\n<li>Drive innovation in Revit and coordination workflows, extending the firm's established leadership in scanning and reality capture; implement automation, dashboards, and emerging technologies (4D scheduling, digital twins, reality capture, prefabrication).</li>\n<li>Train and mentor project teams on coordination processes, tools, and digital delivery expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team leadership &amp; mentorship</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and develop BIM/VDC coordinators, specialists, and modelers.</li>\n<li>Provide technical guidance to project managers, discipline leads, and field teams.</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment; promote knowledge sharing across projects and markets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.</li>\n<li>8+ years in BIM, VDC, construction technology, or digital project delivery; 3+ years leading BIM/VDC on complex AEC projects.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting client relationships, pursuits, proposals, or presentations.</li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, and similar platforms.</li>\n<li>Experience developing BIM Execution Plans, clash detection workflows, and model standards.</li>\n<li>Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills;
