We hire and advance based on merit and are committed to engaging talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives; by doing so, we aim to foster creativity and innovation throughout our company.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Analyst Program is two years in duration, through which you will develop the necessary skills to succeed as a commercial real estate professional. </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As an Analyst, you will gain valuable skills from assisting experienced transaction professionals in the underwriting of asset sales and debt placement across all property types. You will have the opportunity to participate in client interactions, which will provide exposure to the most relevant transactions in the commercial real estate finance industry. Analysts will also receive on-the-job training, mentoring, and feedback throughout their tenure.<br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Alternatives Team </span>is geographically and product type agnostic, focusing on a multitude of non-traditional real estate verticals nationally. In recent years, the team has executed most of the industry's largest traditional equity sales, recapitalizations, and programmatic joint venture structures, namely in the self-storage, manufactured housing, and SFR/BTR sectors. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">As an Analyst, you also:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with senior team members on presentations, with a main focus on financial analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform comprehensive and in-depth company, real estate, and market analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct due diligence collection and review</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the creation of pitches, offering memorandums, and marketing materials (depending on office location)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">To be considered, you must have obtained a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree by Spring of 2026 and professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extracurricular activities. In addition, not only must candidates be able to work in the United States without sponsorship when hired, they must maintain the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship throughout their employment.</span><br></p>",
