Supervision</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) team, including required monthly supervision.</li>\n<li>Support hiring, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing development of RSS staff.</li>\n<li>Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure safe coverage and effective program operations.</li>\n<li>Identify strengths and growth opportunities within the team and provide coaching and performance feedback.</li>\n<li>Ensure completion of all required training within the first 60 days of employment and annually thereafter.</li>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing program-specific training materials, workflows, and operational guidance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Operations &amp; Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with clinical leadership, nursing, and operations to plan, oversee, and participate in daily therapeutic services.</li>\n<li>Support consistent program structure, routines, and expectations.</li>\n<li>Serve as an escalation point for staff concerns, client behavioral issues, and operational challenges.</li>\n<li>Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to program readiness and continuous improvement efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Direct Client Support &amp; Oversight</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide orientation to new clients within 48 hours of admission, including program rules, schedules, and expectations.</li>\n<li>Facilitate educational and psychoeducational groups supporting skill-building and recovery.</li>\n<li>Administer urine drug screens (UA) and ensure proper handling, documentation, and storage.</li>\n<li>Monitor and support recreational, physical fitness, and leisure activities.</li>\n<li>Transport clients to approved meetings, appointments, and activities as needed.</li>\n<li>Oversee daily activities such as housekeeping and meals to ensure safety and structure.</li>\n<li>Apply de-escalation techniques and assist in crisis situations involving emotional, behavioral, or health-related concerns.</li>\n<li>Perform basic medical support tasks, including obtaining vital signs and client weights.</li>\n<li>Document incidents, shift activity, and observations accurately and timely.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the treatment team to inform treatment planning and care decisions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services, behavioral health, business, or related field OR</li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or healthcare.</li>\n<li>1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience required.</li>\n<li>Experience in 12-Step–based programming and/or dual diagnosis treatment strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, organization, and crisis-management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Conditions</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, on-site leadership role at the Muncie, Indiana facility.</li>\n<li>Schedule includes weekday leadership hours with flexibility based on program needs.</li>\n<li>Exposure to potentially volatile situations and infectious diseases inherent to residential treatment settings.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Employment Opportunity &amp;
