This individual will be an integral member of the on-site Scheduling Department, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of a hyper-scaled data center construction project. Reporting to the Scheduling Department Scheduling Manager, the role will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day site activities, and to analyze project progress. The Scheduling Manager plays a critical leadership role, preparing presentations, bi-weekly progress narratives, and schedules to communicate across multiple scopes in a complex mission-critical environment. The position requires experience in managing and anticipates challenges and proactively resolve coordination issues in the field. &nbsp;This position will be fully at the project site near Amarillo, TX.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Salary Range: $115,000- $145,000 + Incentives &amp; per diem</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><span><strong>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Lead the project team through the schedule development process from project initiation to closeout.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate schedule meetings, including superintendent planning, weekly work planning, and team schedule reviews.</span></li><li><span>Build schedule detail based on construction drawings and models with input from the project team.</span></li><li><span>Collect and input status updates.</span></li><li><span>Observe (walk) the jobsite to verify field progress.</span></li><li><span>Identify changes to the project schedule and notify the project team of impacts to critical path activities.</span></li><li><span>Ensure technical schedule integrity is maintained.</span></li><li><span>Produce and distribute weekly schedules, forecasts, and reports.</span></li><li><span>Analyze schedule variances, apportion delays, and support closure of time disputes.</span></li><li><span>Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to the project team on scheduling and schedule updates.</span></li><li><span>Bi-weekly meetings with scheduling team members to discuss any scheduling team needs, requests for time off, and career development opportunities for direct reports with suggested training.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span>Professional Experience and Education&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>High School Diploma or GED required.</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent degree/certification and/or equivalent related work experience in data management&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Educational background in materials and methods of construction.</span></li><li><span>A minimum of&nbsp;five (5) years’ construction project scheduling experience is required.</span></li><li><p><span>Extensive experience of large industrial and hi-tech&nbsp;fabrication&nbsp;projects preferred.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Position Related Skills</span></p><ul><li><span>Proficient in&nbsp;Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams) and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.</span></li><li><span>Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).</span></li><li><span>Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.</span></li><li><span>Training in design and construction document reading, design specifications, survey theory and techniques.</span></li><li><span>Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method. Familiar with CSI specification system for&nbsp;construction.</span></li><li><span>Demonstrate thorough understanding of all aspects of construction.</span></li><li><span>Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.</span></li><li><span>Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work while frequently interrupted by phone calls and questions on work in progress.</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work closely with a variety of trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential.</span></li><li><span>Must be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various personnel within and across departments and at all levels of leadership.</span></li><li><span>Work schedule must be flexible to allow extended hours or off shift work to accommodate changing construction schedule and sequences.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 36.75pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Physical and Mental Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Standing/Walking/Sitting: workday is combination of standing, walking and sitting.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Must be able to climb stairs: 5% of the day. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Hands/Arms: constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Sight: visual acuity in near, mid, and far range vision.
