For more than 25 years, we have been a provider of supportive housing, &nbsp;for individuals with serious mental illness and/or chronic medical issues such as HIV/AIDS.&nbsp;<strong>Full time positions are eligible to participate in Comunilife&#39;s generous benefits package and paid time off benefits. &nbsp;The salary range for the position is between $18.20 to $20 per hour.&nbsp;</strong><br />\r\n<br />\r\n<u><strong>Current Openings at:</strong></u><br />\r\nBronx, Manhattan Queens and Brooklyn program locations</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Monitor the Facility&rsquo;s interior and exterior entrances for cleanliness (including snow removal and removal of other hazardous conditions).</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete Work Orders assigned in an efficient and proficient manner.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work in a pleasant and respectful manner with all clients.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in fire safety and evacuation drills, procedures and training.</li>\r\n\t<li>Alert the direct supervisor, Asst. Director, Director or designee, of any unusual occurrences or violation of rules and regulations (i.e., no smoking regulations).</li>\r\n\t<li>Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to ensure the building reflects the standard of hygiene outlined and as directed by Comunilife management, including care of floors, bathrooms and public areas.</li>\r\n\t<li>Troubleshoot and perform repairs including, but not limited to:\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Painting, patching and sheet rocking</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Light plumbing including unclogging drains and basic plumbing skills</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Light electrical (from the wall out) including replacing fixtures and lighting ballast</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Lighting in general including bulb and switch plate replacement</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Lock repair and replacement</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Floor tile repair and installation including base</li>\r\n\t\t<li>General carpentry including interior renovation, duct work and tasks as assigned</li>\r\n\t\t<li>HVAC system cleaning, filter and belt changes</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>.&nbsp;</p>\r\n",
