This entry-level role focuses on assisting with glass handling, assembly, sealing, and general production tasks while following safety and quality standards. The Production Employee works as part of a team to meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><em>Material Handling &amp; Workflow</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Move, stage, and organize glass units, spacers, and materials along the production line.</li>\n<li>Keep workstations stocked and support smooth production flow between stations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Production Support (Assembly &amp; Sealing)</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with assembling insulated glass units, including placing spacers and preparing glass.</li>\n<li>Support sealing and finishing processes following standard procedures.</li>\n<li>Operate basic equipment and tools as trained.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>Quality Checks &amp; Finishing</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform basic visual checks for defects such as scratches, debris, or misalignment.</li>\n<li>Clean glass units and ensure finished products meet basic quality standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>Safety &amp; Teamwork</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling glass, and wear required PPE.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n<li>Work with team members to meet daily production goals and communicate any issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required.</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and follow instructions.</li>\n<li>Basic comfort using hand tools.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and reliability.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada as sponsorship is not available for this position. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a dedicated and motivated Production Employee looking for a challenging and rewarding place to continue growing your career, we look forward to hearing from you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a 100% First Nation-owned business, we strongly encourage submissions from qualified First Nations, Metis and Inuit Peoples.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While we thank and appreciate all applicants, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.<em><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No phone calls or agencies, please.</span></em></p>",
