The Role As Director of Sales, you’ll sit at the leadership table, reporting directly to the CEO. This isn’t a “keep things running” position – this is a build, lead, and scale opportunity. You’ll own: Sales strategy and execution across the region Revenue growth and performance metrics Leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team New account development Alignment of sales initiatives with company vision and values What Makes an Ideal Candidate You’re not just a closer – you’re a builder of teams, systems, and momentum.
