    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Position: Forming Competitiveness Specialist</p>\n<p>Duties: Responsible for ensuring the correct definition and execution of key Competitive Strategies by working together with the Operations Intelligence Team and the Plant Finance Teams to meet financial performance.&nbsp; Provide stamping competitiveness roadmap execution (NSPM, Labor Cost) technical support and follow up with Plant’s Functional Teams (stamping).&nbsp; Lead and follow up with Plants the competitiveness forums.&nbsp; Serve as bridge between Operations Intelligence and all Light Truck Vehicle Plant’s Functional Teams for adequate strategies identification and technical deployment to boost performance.&nbsp; Support new program process definition and deployment to ensure it aligns with Plant of the Future Concepts that enables future competitiveness and business model.&nbsp; Effective Plant CAPEX &amp; Maintenance Projects Management across all LV Plant’s Operations Strategy.&nbsp; Work with Plants to develop Competitiveness Roadmaps for Core Processes to meet MPC Parameters (Transformation Cost, Stamping – capacity, cost/stroke, NSPM, etc.).&nbsp; Work with Procurement to define the long-term Stamping Strategy (make vs. buy).&nbsp; Define key strategies for each plant to enable their long-term transition for Next Generation Platforms.&nbsp; Lead disruptive low-cost operation models definition (in-house knowledge and benchmarks).&nbsp; Actively support winning business process through key inputs for the value proposal such as the Mfg. Model, Footprint, Collaterals, Assembly Com (ACE), etc.&nbsp; Perform other duties/responsibilities at the Elizabethtown, KY facility, as needed.</p>\n<p>Location: Elizabethtown, KY</p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field of study.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Experience:&nbsp;5 years of experience in the job offered, or in maintenance and/or manufacturing engineering position within the automotive chassis frame industry.&nbsp; Experience must include the preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of hydroforming plant.&nbsp; Must have hands-on experience&nbsp; in the maintenance of CAPEX implementation. &nbsp;Experience can be gained concurrently.&nbsp; Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:3in\">&nbsp;</p>",
