If you know your way around service requests, unit turns, basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs—and you want steady work with a good team—this could be a fit. We’re also open to candidates with strong training and less hands-on experience if you’ve got the right attitude, show up ready to learn, and want to build a real career in maintenance.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle service requests and fix issues the right way</li><li>Complete unit turns, make-readies, inspections, and punch work</li><li>Work on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance</li><li>Take part in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies</li><li>Keep work orders updated and help keep the property in good shape</li></ul>",
