          "text": "<p><strong>We are seeking a&#xa0;Staff Strategic Planning Specialist&#xa0;</strong></p><p>This Staff Strategic Planning Specialist serves as a key strategic thought&#xa0;<br>\npartner within the Renesas Power Product Group. As we scale the Power business, driven&#xa0;<br>\nby tremendous growth in AI and datacenter infrastructure, intelligent edge devices, and&#xa0;<br>\nsoftware defined vehicles, the Strategy team provides decision support for the Power&#xa0;<br>\nProduct Group executive team. This role sits at the intersection of long-range planning,&#xa0;<br>\ncommercial strategy, M&amp;A and technology evaluation, and executive communication.&#xa0;</p><p><br>\n<strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Analysis and Reporting:</strong> Conduct thorough analyses of market trends,&#xa0;competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic&#xa0;decisions.</li><li><strong>Project Management: </strong>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic&#xa0;projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.</li><li><strong>Decision Support:</strong> Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior&#xa0;leaders.</li><li><strong>Communication and Collaboration:</strong> Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and&#xa0;ensure effective communication of strategic priorities across the Power Product&#xa0;Group.</li><li><strong>Operational Support: </strong>Aid in the development and implementation of processes and&#xa0;initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.</li><li><strong>Documentation and Presentations:</strong> Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and&#xa0;other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to&#xa0;stakeholders</li></ul>",
