Description
The Marketing & Sales Representative is the smile and handshake of our clients brand. We provide the first impression to customers, and generate new business through in person presentations. We believe that knowing all aspects of business and how to interact with customers creates a strong foundation for an individual’s future growth within our company's management training program and we are proud to say we only promote from within.
Responsibilities: Foundation Sales & Marketing Accounts Management Business Development Location Management Client Relation and Retention Support in developing and executing direct client presentations. Help and attend client-facing roles and/or visit job sites as needed. Assist in the development and execution of proposals, as needed. Collaborate with team members on ways to improve sales margins. Participate in the development and execution of a direct marketing campaign. Reliable Transportation to the office and client meetings required.
Demonstrated work ethic, motivation, and a thirst for learning. Exceptional communication skills. Goal-oriented and ambitious. Willingness to progress from entry-level to management. 3+ years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing with a strong focus BTL / ground promotion strategies. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or regulated industries is preferred. Demonstrated experience in event execution and brand activation. Excellent customer engagement, communication, execution and negotiation skills.
Medical Insurance
The coverage begins for the employee the on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full-time employment for employees and their eligible dependents
Cost to the employee to participate in the plan varies by the coverage selection and the number of dependents; and may be subject to collective bargaining agreement
The employee may also elect to opt out of the County's medical insurance if proof of coverage is provided
Under this arrangement, the employee is provided with an annual opt out payment.
Vision and Prescription
The coverage begins for the employee on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full-time employment for employees and their eligible dependents
Contributions may vary, subject to collective bargaining agreement.
