    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Independently and in a mentoring capacity determine working interests and burdens associated with interests based on title analysis; create and maintain revenue decks; maintain joint interest billing decks; ensure the alignment of interests in Well Master, JVA and PRA; support owner relations inquiries for area of responsibility; analyze oil and gas leases and determine the impact certain provisions will have on royalty payments and corresponding Division Order obligations; recognize and develop solutions for non-routine complex ownership issues and payments.</p><p><strong>Essential Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Answer inquiries from other departments, companies and interest owners</li><li>Create and maintain revenue decks</li><li>Maintain JIB decks</li><li>Review and approve new wells setups for DOA II</li><li>Ensure alignment of Company interest between systems of record (Well Master/JVA/PRA)</li><li>Process pay code changes and ownership transfers</li><li>Review and execute transfers as part of Second Set of Eyes process</li><li>Support owner relations inquiries for area of responsibility</li><li>Ensure thorough and accurate compliance with contract terms and obligations</li><li>Provide leadership and mentoring to lower level Division Order Analysts</li><li>Partner with leadership for workload distribution, project planning, and data integrity within asset area</li><li>Serve as lead point of contact for asset area for internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Continually research, interpret and deliver relevant and necessary information to perform operations</li><li>Support leadership in reviewing processes for efficiency and potential improvement</li><li>Demonstrates behaviors in alignment with SM&rsquo;s Leadership Competency Model</li><li>Establish and cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Conduct business with the highest ethical standards; demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with SM facilities</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Computer/Software Applications</strong></p><p>Demonstrates proficient understanding of Office/PC skills and effective use of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to make effective use of company &amp; industry specific software.
