We are committed to supporting your success in both your professional and personal lives.</p>\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>QinetiQ US is looking to hire a Sr. Quality Inspector to support production at our Franklin, MA facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-starter able to work independently</li>\n <li>Responsible for supporting incoming, in-process, and final inspections – focus on machined and assembled mechanical components</li>\n <li>Verify product conformance to program specifications, drawings and acceptance tests</li>\n <li>Capture all inspection data and supplier data packages in ETQ and Deltek</li>\n <li>Knowledge of test and inspection methodology</li>\n <li>Able to properly utilize standard inspection tools; calipers, micrometers, height stands, etc</li>\n <li>Support of QMS, AS9100D and CMMI processes</li>\n <li>Supports assigned programs in accordance with detailed Quality Plans</li>\n <li>Assure inspection equipment used is calibrated</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5 Years experience</li>\n <li>Experience working on DOD electromechanical products</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications</li>\n <li>Possess good technical communications and team building skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to interface with engineering, manufacturing, program office and configuration management</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve and critically think</li>\n <li>Good trigonometry/geometry math skills</li>\n <li>Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) IAW ANSI/ASME Y14.5</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Recent experience working in an AS9100 environment</li>\n <li>Recent experience operating a CMMI</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>The hourly pay range for this role is $34.00 - $39.00 USD. The hourly pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
