    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>General Description:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The QA/QC Inspector plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties. The QA/QC Inspector will represent ACCO and its subcontractors for pipe and equipment installation, welding inspection and oversight of subcontractor installation&nbsp;and quality. The QA/QC Inspector will participate in the General Contractors project quality program documenting installation activities.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Supervises:&nbsp;</strong>None</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether the product has been vetted by ACCO for future purchases from the vendor.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies, codes and procedures.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Maintains a working knowledge of codes and specifications for current industry quality standards.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The quality team may assign other duties.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Secondary Duties / Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prepares and presents technical information and reports to team members and management.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Other duties as assigned by the Site QC Supervisor or QA/QC Director in conjunction with the project team.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.):</strong></span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
