In this role you will evaluate borrower income, analyze credit reports and debt information, determinate and review assets and collateral, and review mortgage file it ensure it meets investor requirements.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Analyze information from multiple sources to perform a thorough evaluation and assessment of each borrower including credit, income and assets</li><li>Analyze appraisals to ensure they are done in accordance with guidelines and that the value is supported</li><li>Thorough knowledge of agency and government underwriting guidelines</li><li>Detail oriented team player who can not only decision a loan but work with teammates on ways to structure loans to get approvals and minimize risk</li><li>Own the credit decision on files from initial underwriting submission through clear to close</li><li>Monitor mortgage pipeline to ensure closing dates are met</li><li>Keep informed of current trends in mortgage lending and market factors affecting mortgage risk</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>Vision Insurance</li><li>401k Plan</li><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Work Remotely: Yes.
