We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented <strong>Facility Support & Transportation Specialist</strong> who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This hybrid position primarily supports transportation services and facility operations, while also being cross trained in security functions to provide backup coverage when needed. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference every day by ensuring our campus runs smoothly, residents get where they need to go safely, and our environment remains secure and welcoming.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Transportation Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents and staff</li>\n <li>Assist residents with boarding, seating, and mobility devices as needed</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of vehicles</li>\n <li>Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs</li>\n <li>Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Facility Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with light maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and room or event set-ups</li>\n <li>Support the Facilities team with preventative maintenance, inspections, and assigned work orders</li>\n <li>Monitor campus buildings and grounds for safety hazards; promptly report or address concerns</li>\n <li>Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and furniture to support daily operations and events</li>\n <li>Provide support during emergency situations, including assisting with safety procedures or transportation needs</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Facilities leadership (Facilities Director, Maintenance Supervisor) to complete assigned tasks and projects</li>\n <li>Perform additional facilities-related duties as needed to support community operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security Support (Cross-Trained)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide backup security coverage as needed to support a safe campus environment</li>\n <li>Assist with monitoring activity, access control, and responding to incidents</li>\n <li>Support emergency response procedures and safety protocols</li>\n <li>Maintain a visible, professional, and reassuring presence for residents and visitors</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Arizona driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card</li>\n <li>Experience with general facility support tasks, including painting, moving furniture, minor repairs, and basic maintenance</li>\n <li>Strong observation skills with sound judgment and the ability to respond appropriately to safety concerns</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate and professional approach</li>\n <li>Basic computer proficiency, including use of systems for communication and work orders</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in an assisted living setting with a focus on resident safety, dignity, and quality of life</li>\n <li>Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, prolonged standing, and assisting with mobility-related tasks as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Service-oriented with a positive, “can-do” attitude</li>\n <li>Dependable, flexible, and adaptable in a dynamic environment</li>\n <li>Hands-on and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities</li>\n <li>Strong team player who takes pride in supporting others</li>\n <li>Committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming community</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complimentary meals. </li>\n <li>Daily pay option.</li>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b company matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>$15,000 Life insurance paid by company and option to purchase additional insurance.</li>\n <li>Career Advancement Opportunities.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fellowship Square is a non-profit Christian Care Community that has been offering affordable senior housing for over 40 years while enhancing the quality of life and independence of our residents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a company, we take great pride in delivering an exceptional living experience to our residents and fostering a warm, family-like environment for our team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Fellowship Square Christian Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
