Central is committed to seeing a strong church grow and serve the people living downtown. This role would not only work with campus staff to develop youth and their families but also be a great chance to gain experience in church planting. This role offers the exciting opportunity to draw young people from disadvantaged settings to Christ and a renewed life. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with young people from a wide range of ethnic and economic groups, most of whom were previously unchurched. Because of that, the ideal candidate will have a tender heart towards youth from all backgrounds.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e75300; font-size: 16px\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Develop and lead the group with an existing group of high school students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Organize and lead monthly outings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Cultivate relationships with parents and other family members with the purpose of leading families to Christ.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Assist in special events</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #e75300; font-size: 16px\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Solid and infectious love for Jesus Christ and people.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Ability to “see a project through”, i.e. creatively resolving difficulties and setbacks without additional input.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Experience working with general office software (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn Central-specific software.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Ability to embrace and embody the mission, vision, and staff values of Central.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\">Agreement with Central’s Statement of Faith.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"color: #e75300; font-size: 16px\">To Apply: https://centralchurch.bamboohr.com/careers/65</span></span><span style=\"color: #415364; font-size: 15px; font-weight: 300\"><br></span></p>",
