Acting as a strategic advisor to business and executive leadership, this role ensures that technology and artificial intelligence are embedded into core brokerage and advisory activities across the organization.</p>\n<p>The role leads the identification, design, and scaling of solutions that enhance <strong>productivity, deal execution, market intelligence, and client outcomes</strong>, while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards, data governance, and responsible AI practices. This role will part an integral part of the Global IT team with a focus on North America.</p>\n<p>Success in this role requires strong <strong>technical fluency, commercial acumen, and change leadership</strong>, with a clear focus on delivering measurable business value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a trusted advisor to CRE business leaders and executive stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Define and drive the assigned business groups <strong>AI and technology vision</strong> aligned with firm‑wide digital, data, and growth strategies.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities where AI, analytics, and automation can materially improve <strong>revenue growth, operational efficiency, insight quality, and client experience</strong>.</li>\n <li>Deliver strategic priorities across multi‑year roadmaps with clear success metrics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>AI, Advanced Analytics & Generative AI Strategy</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and oversee the portfolio of AI and analytics initiatives, including: </li>\n <li>Predictive pipeline and revenue forecasting</li>\n <li>Client insights and next‑best‑action intelligence</li>\n <li>Market, pricing, and comparative analytics</li>\n <li>Generative AI for research synthesis, presentations, and client-facing content (with governance)</li>\n <li>Partner with IT, Data Science, and vendors to ensure solutions are secure, production‑ready, and scalable.</li>\n <li>Establish KPIs for AI initiatives (adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, revenue impact).</li>\n <li>Champion <strong>responsible AI</strong>, ensuring transparency, privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Product, Delivery & Vendor Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate with a <strong>product leadership mindset</strong>, owning intake, prioritization, delivery, and value realization of AI and technology initiatives.</li>\n <li>Lead pilots, proofs of concept, and scaled rollouts using agile delivery principles.</li>\n <li>Oversee vendor selection, technical evaluation, commercial negotiations, and ongoing performance management.</li>\n <li>Ensure initiatives move from experimentation to sustained adoption and measurable outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Innovation, Enablement & Change Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote AI literacy across CRE teams through training, playbooks, and best‑practice sharing.</li>\n <li>Partner with business leaders to develop and test new use cases, scaling successful pilots.</li>\n <li>Lead internal communities and innovation forums to create and socialize ideas</li>\n <li>Drive organizational change by aligning workflows, incentives, and tools to technology‑enabled ways of working.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Governance, Risk & Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish and maintain relevant technological governance frameworks, including ethical use, model oversight, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to manage technology risk.</li>\n <li>Ensure initiatives meet enterprise standards while remaining responsive to business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>10+ years</strong> of experience in technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation roles.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>commercial real estate, financial services, or professional services</strong> organizations.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decision‑making.</li>\n <li>Strong technical fluency in: </li>\n <li>AI/ML and generative AI concepts</li>\n <li>Data platforms, analytics, and automation</li>\n <li>CRM and end‑to‑end business workflow systems</li>\n <li>Track record of delivering technology initiatives with <strong>clear, measurable business impact</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience applying AI or advanced analytics to CRE use cases (leasing, investment, valuation, research, operations).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern data stacks, APIs, and BI tools.</li>\n <li>Exposure to MLOps, data governance, and responsible AI frameworks.</li>\n <li>Background in
