The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience managing large portfolios in BC.\n\nAt Associa British Columbia, serving others is our calling. We have high expectations and a career at Associa means challenging yourself to always be better.\n\nAs a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day to day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:\n\n Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes.\n Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.\n Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner.\n Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes.\n Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices.\n\n Requirements\n\n A minimum of 5 years managing strata's in BC.\n A valid Strata Property Management License\n A positive and enthusiastic, hands on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service;\n Ability to multi task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients’ expectations\n Ability to work well independently and within a team\n Superior communication skills, both written and verbal;\n Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporation\n\n Benefits\n\n Hybrid Work Model with work from home opportunities\n Access to support team\n 37.5 hour work week\n Personal Days\n Sick days\n Vacation\n Extended Heath and Dental\n Certified \"Great Place to Work\" by employees 3 years in a row\n Annual Salary range $65,000 $75,000"
