A proven track record of scaling campaigns and managing complex growth organizations.</span></p>\n</li>\n<li style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #1d1c1d; margin-left: 18pt;\">\n<p style=\"background-color: #ffffff; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Our greatest successes in this role have t-shaped backgrounds -- depth in performance marketing with strong marketing chops in channels like paid social and search, and breadth across other functional areas such as e-mail marketing or SEO.
