    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The CNC Machinist is responsible for designing and manufacturing high quality, high precision injection molds and tooling and will play a role in the design, construction and build of injection molds. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for mold design, tooling repair, revisions, mill, lathe and sinker machine programing.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Design tooling for prototype plastic injection molds, as well as fixtures for quality testing; this includes conceptualization, vendor sourcing and collaboration</span></li>\n <li><span>Create CAD and SolidWorks files and drawings for assembly fixtures using 3D Software. &nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Work with engineers and tool designers to design, develop and modify molds.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide technical expertise for all injection mold tooling.&nbsp;</span><span>Providing strategic feedback to engineers and give design input for mold performance and implement modifications as corrective actions</span></li>\n <li><span>Build spare parts for existing tooling.</span></li>\n <li><span>Drive collaboration with manufacturing technology, product design, R&amp;D engineering, environmental safety &amp; health, and finance to deliver creative and effective prototype system designs, as well as external vendors supporting the design, construction, and commissioning of prototype molds.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Able to fabricate, repair and maintain high precision prototype injection molds&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have training in Mastercam, SolidWorks, CAD/CAM, Esprit software applications.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Must know how to use the appropriate precise measuring tools</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient in creating, reading and understanding of tooling and blueprints.</span></li>\n <li><span>Competent in the use of the following: CNC lathe, CNC mill, 4 axis Wire EDM and Mitsubishi CNC sinker EDM</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications, Education &amp; Experience&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Must be at least 18 years of age</span></li>\n <li><span>High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 6 years of trade or field training</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 4 years of experience in close tolerance work</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Work Environment</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Work is performed in a tool room environment</span></li>\n <li><span>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, depending on the equipment they are operating</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 25 lbs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Salary Range - $99,000 - $141,900,000</span></p>\n<p><span>The salary range displayed represents the annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role.&nbsp; The actual salary may vary [differ] based upon various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
