    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Motion Graphic Designer</strong> who brings a strong balance of <strong>conceptual thinking and hands-on execution</strong> to the Marketing team.<br>This role goes beyond execution - you will be responsible for s<strong>haping creative direction, developing ideas, and delivering high-quality motion assets across campaigns.</strong> At the same time, you should be equally comfortable getting into execution and driving projects end-to-end.<br>A critical success factor is the ability to <strong>operate at speed</strong> - delivering within t<strong>ight turnaround timelines</strong> (TAT) while <strong>maintaining creative integrity, storytelling quality, and brand consistency.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Creative Thinking &amp; Concept Development</strong><br><strong>● </strong>Translate marketing briefs into strong, insight-led creative concepts<br>● Contribute actively to campaign ideation and visual storytelling<br>● Bring fresh, platform-relevant ideas that elevate brand communication<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Motion Design &amp; Execution</strong><br><strong>● </strong>Own end-to-end creation of motion graphics, videos, and digital assets<br>● Deliver across formats: performance marketing, social, brand campaigns, and internal content<br>● Maintain high standards in animation, design, and storytelling<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Speed &amp; TAT Excellence</strong><br><strong>● </strong>Deliver high-quality outputs within aggressive timelines<br>● Handle multiple parallel workstreams with strong prioritisation<br>● Minimise revision cycles through strong first-time-right output<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Marketing Collaboration</strong></p><p>● Work directly with marketing, content, and performance teams<br>● Ensure creative outputs are aligned with campaign objectives and business goals<br>● Act as a creative partner, not just a delivery function<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What will you Do?</strong><br>● Strong balance of idea + execution across all deliverables<br>● Consistent delivery within short TATs without quality drop<br>● High first-output quality leading to reduced rework cycles<br>● Creative contribution to campaigns, not just asset production<br>● Ability to manage volume, speed, and quality simultaneously<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong><br>● 8–10+ years in motion graphics / animation / visual storytelling<br>● Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and execution<br>● Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro (3D tools like Cinema 4D / Blender are a plus)<br>● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, and design systems<br>● Experience in fast-paced, marketing-led environments<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE</strong><br>● Thinks like a creative strategist and delivers like a hands-on executor<br>● Thrives in fast-moving marketing environments<br>● Delivers speed with quality, consistently<br>● Becomes a go-to creative partner for the Marketing team</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
