You possess a deep understanding of supervision practices and policies in childcare centers.</p><p>You are already an expert. Robson Forensic will train you to be a <em>forensic</em> expert.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p><u>As an <strong>Early Childhood Education Forensic Expert</strong>, you will</u>:</p><ul><li><strong>Investigate</strong> early childhood facility and/or home-based program injuries, incidents, and abuse.</li><li><strong>Analyze</strong> site procedures, applying your comprehensive knowledge of standards and practices.</li><li><strong>Write</strong> clear, scientifically sound reports.</li><li><strong>Provide expert testimony</strong>.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You will delve into the &quot;why&quot; behind incidents, critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care. This role offers you a chance to:</p><ul><li><strong>Use your cumulative training, experience, and critical thinking skills</strong><strong>.</strong></li><li><strong>Collaborate with highly respected experts</strong>.</li><li><strong>Continuously learn and grow.</strong></li><li><strong>Make a tangible difference.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Las Vegas, NV &amp; Dallas/Fort Worth/Irving, TX (hybrid)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education; Master&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Membership</strong>: Member of an organization with an early childhood focus (ex. NAEYC or NAFCC).</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 8+ years of day-to-day Director/Supervisory experience in a facility for early childhood care; teaching experience with early childhood (including infant-toddler) populations; experience investigating incidents related to child injury and staff misconduct (including suspected physical/sexual assaults or child abuse).
