Ensures that the game(s) are dealt and that collections are taken in accordance with policies and procedures.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Conducts games according to applicable polices and regulations</li>\r\n\t<li>Manages and maintains chips during the course of a game</li>\r\n\t<li>Collects and distributes cash and chips to customers</li>\r\n\t<li>Controls the pace of the game</li>\r\n\t<li>Notifies the Floor Supervisor of any irregularities notes in customer play or other transactions during the shift/push</li>\r\n\t<li>Promotes Clearly Superior Customer Service</li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties as deemed necessary</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Secondary Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>None</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Specific Job Skills:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Must be able to deal Blackjack and all other card games offered on the gaming floor</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to deal Poker, Roulette and Craps preferable</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates good math skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to follow directions, instructions and implement tasks as given</li>\r\n\t<li>Excelled oral and auditory skills</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
