Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery. Monitor account activity and provide updates to clients as needed. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and account summaries. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and strengthen relationships. Ensure a high level of professionalism in all client interactions. Assist with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and account reviews. Contribute to team objectives and organizational goals.
