font-size: 15px\">Qualifications and Expectations:  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing Building Systems Design, only considered for if experience is in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Design Engineering. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Expected to immediately step in to assist and provide support for all design aspects of assigned projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Shows a strong understanding of the Mechanical Engineering discipline and can provide immediate support for a fast-paced department. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Expectations:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attend Kick-off meetings with design team, clients and owner to develop a scope of work for project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Perform Site visits to determine existing conditions and document all associated systems included in scope of work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Provide project management from project kickoff thru construction administration, as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Convey all information required to internal stakeholders for submissions on all design deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must have a thorough knowledge of applicable building codes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to provide consultation on mechanical equipment room sizes during the appropriate design stage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to produce &amp; review HVAC Load &amp; Energy calculations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Understands and applies concepts of CHW, HW, WSHP, variable &amp; constant flow systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to design HVAC ductwork layouts, ductwork sizing and specify required equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">QA/QC reviews of all calculations by Designers, and provide guidance and mentoring</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Respond to RFIs for the project, accurately review submittals, and solve installation issues as needed during construction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Proven to be a leader of people with the ability to coach, mentor and motivate a team of design engineers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Ability to draft, edit, and review specifications to reflect the project requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Must be able to edit and develop scope of work (basis of design) narratives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Attend meetings and communicate clearly and thoroughly with clients and establish their needs and discuss designs and design issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;
