    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Maintenance Assistant is directly responsible for a wide range of maintenance duties including shop and yard maintenance, assisting the mechanic with basic repairs, delivery of parts and helping with any job task that is needed.  This position requires a valid driver’s license to perform the essential job duties and requires a commitment to understanding and exhibiting Titan’s Mission and Core Values, following safety rules, federal and state laws and regulations as well as representing the company in a professional, courteous manner at all times.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role and Responsibilities      </span>                             </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform upkeep and maintenance duties such as cleaning shop, washing equipment, picking up tools, sweeping floors, mopping floors, emptying trash cans and other housekeeping tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clean, lubricate and perform other routine and preventative maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Pick up and deliver parts from suppliers to designated locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fuel trucks, wash trucks and equipment; Run parts as directed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clean shop and yard as instructed, ensuring yard and shop spaces are clean and organized.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform routine checks as directed by Mechanic or Fleet Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clean windows and lights; Replace burned out lights in rooms and exit lights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with yard maintenance such as snow removal, trash cleanup, mowing and weed pulling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Promote safety awareness in the shop.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow company and OSHA quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other projects as assigned.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Education Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Successful completion and passing of company drug screen and background check.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift or stand for long periods of time and must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work with hand tools, precision and other equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CDL preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">PERSONAL SKILLS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong commitment to health and safety.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to operate independently as well as work together in a positive team environment.</span></li>\n<li>Ability to work a flexible work schedule when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We offer a competitive benefits package for full-time employees including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% Employer paid medical insurance - including spouses and dependents</li>\n<li>100% Employer paid dental insurance - including spouses and dependents</li>\n<li>100% Employer paid vision insurance - including spouses and dependents</li>\n<li>100% Employer paid group life insurance</li>\n<li>100% Employer paid long term disability insurance</li>\n<li>Health Savings Accounts</li>\n<li>Supplemental short term disability insurance</li>\n<li>Voluntary Life and AD&amp;D Insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) retirement plan - 4% Employer match after 1,000 hours worked</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Bonuses</li>\n</ul>",
